Farm Hands

As Guy Hand wrote in The Boise Weekly (December 29, 2010), Janie Burns and Amy Hutchinson organized 2011: The Year of Idaho Food to bring Idahoans together over food for a full year. To participate, we asked Casey O’Leary, owner of Earthly Delights Farm, if we could create a photographic essay that would include images of the activities and food produced at the farm during 2011. She agreed. From that series of photographs emerged what we call Farm Hands, which has been exhibited in several local venues and in a calendar.
